Generation for Change CY explored migration with high school students in Limassol

On 10 February 2024, the non-profit organization Generation for Change CY explored migration with high school students of the Apostolos Louka Kolossiou Regional High School in Limassol, Cyprus.

The workshop focused on understanding how decision-makers and their decisions impact people on the move and how various aspects of the local and national environment influence migrants and refugees living in Cyprus or planning to embark on a journey to safety in Europe.

The interactive and educational workshop was based on the Destination Europe learning tool.

Generation for Change CY extend their heartfelt gratitude to the students for their exceptional participation and for enriching the discussion with their unique insights. They also appreciate the teachers’ and schools’ remarkable organization of the “United in Diversity for a Society without Racism” conference. A special thanks also goes to the EMN Cyprus for their support in implementing these workshops.
