On Monday, 5 October 2026, EMN France participated in the launch seminar for the sixth edition of the Integration Week (Semaine de l’intégration) in Paris, organized by the Directorate for Integration and Access to Citizenship of the Ministry of Interior.
The seminar brought together institutional stakeholders, associations, service providers, representatives from the economic sector, and partner territories to discuss current developments and specific challenges related to the integration of young third-country nationals in France.
EMN France hosted a stand that generated great interest and helped promote EMN publications and tools, such as Destination Europe and the EMN Asylum and Migration Glossary. Many visitors asked to learn more about Destination Europe and expressed their interest in organising tailored trainings or presentations for their respective audiences.
Mini-glossary on migration
This event also provided an opportunity to present the recently published Mini-glossary on migration (available in French). It serves as a complementary resource to the Destination Europe presentation sessions and offers clear and concise definitions of key migration-related terms aimed at a young audience, as well as information on the European Pact on Migration and Asylum.
