EMN Lithuania meets with participants of the “Teach First” programme

On November 22 2024, the European Migration Network Lithuania team met with members of the “Teach First” programme. During the meeting, EMN Lithuania introduced the educational learning tool Destination Europe. Created by EMN experts, the tool allows participants to explore migration and integration challenges from different perspectives.

Participants actively engaged in the discussions, examining migration decision-making processes at the EU, national and city level. They also investigated positions and interests of various migration stakeholders, including EU and national policymakers, non-governmental organizations, business owners, representatives of the public, and migrants.

In addition to the Destination Europe learning tool, participants also learned about the activities of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Vilnius office and EMN Lithuania, while discussing migration challenges in a global context.

The “Teach First” programme brings together educators, alumni, teachers and schools, to bring positive change to Lithuanian education.
